Responsibilities:
- Responsible on planning business travel
- Tackle hotel and catering reservation
- Ensure the plan is going smooth in relevant procedures with service excellence
- Perform ad hoc job as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- University degree or above in any disciplines
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administration/secretary/ project assistant
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- IT skills and knowledge are required
- Driven by self-motivated, well-organized, optimistic character and self-initiative and detail minded
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Maintain integrity, responsible
- Independent and able to deal with people at all levels
