Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support for end users on: Deskside Software, MS Windows, Office, Outlook
- Provide Install, move and change of deskside services to end users
- Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues
- Identify, investigate, and solve problems or incidents in accordance with established procedures, practices, and service pledges
- Communicate effectively with end users and other support parties
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in I.T.
- 2 years working experience in I.T related field and have solid deskside support background
- Knowledge in PC LAN support and PC with Windows environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and Windows based applications
- Solid experience in providing IT deskside support is preferable
- Able to overtime when necessary
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage
- Able to work independently
