Responsibilities:

  • Design and formulate HR policies to meet Company’s directions and align with the market best practice
  • Experience in enhancing corporate culture
  • Strong Ability in sourcing candidates proactively via LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc.
  • Review existing HR policies and procedures and ensure they are properly implemented and compliance with local law
  • Act as the focal point for designated departments, advise and collaborate with department managers to support business objectives
  • Manage the full spectrum of the employment process, including recruitment, package proposal, performance management, professional development, and exit management, etc.
  • Handle regular HR reporting and data analysis as required

 

Requirements:

  • Good education background, Bachelor degree, preferably in a Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Knowledgeable in employment ordinance and HR best practices in Hong Kong, and China countries
  • Station at PRC is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration experience
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua, and ability to give professional presentation in English and Putonghua is a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
