Responsibilities:
- Responding First Level support for walk in and telephone cases
- Install and uninstall PC software, hardware, mobile devices and peripherals
- PC and Mobile devices M365 and apps configuration and support
- VPN configuration, support and management
- Image and re-image new and existing computers and laptops with standard build
- Deskside IT software and application maintenance and support, including in house application and client platform
- Troubleshoot and fix desktop (on-site and remotely) and network issues
- Entering assets record into the ASM and ServiceNow CMDB, and recording inventory data
- Manage call escalation, tracking and resolution
- Build Service Desk Knowledge base and FAQ
- Prepare Service Desk Call Report and recommendations for service improvement in monthly basis
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Information Systems or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant support experience
- Spoken English and Cantonese is a MUST
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a plus
- Shift duty is required
