Responsibilities:

  • Excellence in communication and monitor the level of service delivery
  • Strong knowledge on the front-end operation of M365, Edge Browser / MS Teams
  • Familiar with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
  • Deliver operational on-site and remote support for online events, such as large-scale video conference, online presentation, and webinars
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video, lighting, and other related equipment
  • Provide basic IT technical support and maintenance on devices such as MFPs, printers, PC, desktops and notebooks, etc.;
  • Provide assistance on software/hardware basic installation and configuration;
  • Provide assistance on Domain/Mail user account maintenance services which include account creation and, suspension where applicable;
  • Provide MDM support as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or any other related disciplines
  • Work Independently
  • Familiar with the operation of O365
  • Previous executive technologies support experience for at least 3-4 years
  • Experience in handling executive technology request, capable in ensuring user satisfaction through accurate troubleshooting
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin is a must
