Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Senior Management, stakeholders, Project Managers, IT teams ensuring business requirements and goals are achieved by sub-projects and business value could be delivered by the programs
- Develop, and maintain project management standards for sub-projects
- In charge and accountable for overall budget and resource control of programs
- Manage overall programs schedules and the dependencies among sub-projects
- Analyse and Identify program risks and proactively recommends risk mitigation solution and responds to mitigate any circumstance that may jeopardize the program
- Provide overall reporting of programs to senior management and aggregate sub-projects’ status, risks and issues
- Ensure that projects/programs are managed and controlled in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures
- Act as a role model in promoting and demonstrating best practice project management to the team and wider business
- Develop and manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are appropriately involved
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years at a management position
- Hands-on experience with application enhancement and digital transformation
- Successful project implementation experience in enterprise application integration platform
- Proven track records in driving enterprise systems architecture design and implementation
- Experience in enterprise cloud migration, digital transformation, relocation, AI applications
- Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions
- Strong leadership and technical background
- Able to communicate well on both technical and business level, and effectively manage IT development teams, users, and vendors
- Agile Certified/Scrum Master is an advantage
- Capable to work under pressure
