Responsibilities:

  • Provide general IT operational and administrative support activities and services to the Customer;
  • Provide basic IT technical support and maintenance on Customer-side devices such as MFPs, printers, PC, desktops and notebooks, etc. (parts are excluded) to the Customer;
  • Provide assistance on software/hardware basic installation and configuration;
  • Provide assistance on Domain/Mail user account maintenance services which include account creation and , suspension where applicable;
  • With instruction and approval from Customer, provide regular PC virus definition and patch update;
  • Assist on regular system/data backup where applicable;
  • Assist Customer to co-ordinate with original vendor for warranty claim, problem fix and repair where necessary;
  • Other IT support reasonably assigned by the Customer’s management.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma with 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day support services, helpdesk services, supporting account maintenance, and producing documentation, etc.
  • Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active Directory, Group Policy, Lotus Notes, Hyper-V, VM, Networking, Firewall.
  • Be independent and a good team player.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese is preferred.
