Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Provide IT support and on-site support
- Perform routine computer hardware and software configuration, installation, troubleshooting
- Perform help desk duties service to end users, including general support for educational software, applications, and hardware
- Manage and work with designated vendors to resolve IT support issues
- Assist in managing the infrastructure including servers, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and all computer equipment, performing monitoring, troubleshooting and performance improvements as necessary
- Procures IT-related items and maintains an asset register of IT hardware and licensed software
- Provide up-to-date IT documentation
- Provide end user training on IT related projects
