Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain IT systems, infrastructure, and networks
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technology solutions
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, operational procedures, and system diagrams
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT systems and infrastructure

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in IT system engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory and Exchange
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of network security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and antivirus software
