職責:

  •   處理每天訂單紀錄,編制執貨單及開發票
  •   清楚明白並跟從訂單程序的政策與程序
  •   有良好溝通技巧以確保工作進度順暢
  •   確保所有輸入的資料數據和信息準確無誤
  •   在需要時須處理一般文書工作,如文件整理及存檔
  •   執行其他被指派的工作

  

職位要求:

  •  中五或以上學歷
  •   2年以上相關工作經驗,具有文書工作或開具發票的行政經驗及懂SAP系操 作優先
  •  主動,注重細節,有上進心,值得信賴,有責任心
  •  具備基本電腦操作如:MS Word, MS Excel, 中文輸入法
  •   持有豐富工作經驗者將考慮獲聘為高級文員
  •  能即時上班者優先考慮
