Responsibilities:
- Assist senior manager to coordinate and monitor the master work and task schedule of team members
- Resource utilization analysis, e.g. cloud utilization analysis
- Fixed asset administration, e.g. stock take, hardware and software inventory maintenance
- Maintenance contract and license renewal
- Coordination between different teams and departments
- Help on drafting documents and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- Being passionate to learn and explore new technologies
- Proactive, collaborative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent Interpersonal skill
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
