Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd line phone and on-site support to users
  • Work closely with 3rd line to provide stable network & system environment
  • Set up computers and install software systems
  • Provide M365 Cloud support
  • Provide Video Conference support as Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Follow & enforce group IT policies, standards and procedures
  • Provide the basic training on IT products
  • Prepare and review the training material for IT products
  • Maintain and distribute the core Windows build
  • Test new and changed components being introduced into the environment
  • Liaise with business and vendor for software packaging, user rollouts, upgrades, troubleshooting and integration with backend processing systems
  • Ensure other client facing teams, both IT and non-IT are fully informed of incidents and events
  • Coordinate/Manage vendors to implement infrastructure projects/tasks according to the Company’s infrastructure & security standards
  • Responsible for IT procurement & IT infrastructure projects/tasks held in the clinics/new clinics
  • Planning for system processes e.g. backup, batch jobs
  • Implement IT security task
  • Continuous improvement plan to enhance system stability

 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant disciplines.
  • Good communication skill
  • Good knowledge of working in a Microsoft based environment & applications such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams etc.
  • Experience in providing deskside support and mobile support
  • Experience in Cloud M365 / ServiceNow / SCCM / ManageEngine Desktop Centra / ADMP / Zscaler / Pulse Secure / Cisco or any connect support is an advantage
  • Proven ability to prioritize and reprioritize work due to changing business/client requirements
  • Follow the SLA / OLA for incident and/or problem escalation
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • MCSE / CCNA / ITIL / MCSE holder is an advantage
