• TAM is the representative of the business department to provide advice to customers on service and solutions with technical aspects, assist customers to finalize the proper offering which is suitable to their needs.
• Assist the customers and cooperate with the Business Manager to go through the selling cycle, refine the sales process if needed.
• Communicate closely with Service Delivery Team on customer requirements and our offering, to ensure the smooth transition from presales stage to delivery stage on individual project.
• Maintain close relationship with customers, response customer enquiries, monitor the project delivery status, and provide regular feedback and improvement suggestions to both Business Team and Delivery Team.
• Cooperate with Business Manager as a team to generate sales leads and achieve sales target.
