Key Achievements & Major Duties A) Business Model Development & Operations Planning • Successfully introduce Equipment-Ingredients Business Model which eases the customer’s headache on spending CAPEX on acquiring beverage equipment. Instead, customer only needs to commit ingredient consumption contract which acts as a finance tool for the usage of beverage equipment. This constitutes a base for customers’ expansion, especially for small and medium restaurants and café. • Structure a sustainable technical service operations model (Staff + Spare Parts + Cleaning materials) which fits the pace of business development. Technical staff scale in Hong Kong starts from 2 to 10 in 3 years. Technical team in China scales from 5 to 50 people in 5 years with 13 branch offices by the end of Year 2020. B) Trade Marketing & Sourcing • Establish Trade Marketing & Sourcing Team for developing Food Service Equipment strategic plan to assist beverage ingredients sales. • Successfully position equipment brand distributed as a hub of introducing new knowledge into the beverage market instead of just selling functionality of equipment. • Introduce regular market research for identifying market trend and feedback to current business partners on supply side and keep them aware of what is happening in the market. • As a primary contact point for sourcing appropriate Beverage Equipment Manufacturers and Beverage Ingredients Manufacturers in Europe, Australia and United States C) Supply Chain Management & Planning • Establish mechanism for regular meeting with Sales and Marketing team on rolling demand forecast which acts a base for Supply Chain Team for inventory management. • Establish routine mechanism for monitoring inventory on different cycles (e.g. Ingredients inventory will be tracked daily while Equipment inventory will be tracked weekly) which forms a base for developing procurement strategy. D) Financial Forecast for Projects • Conduct feasibility studies on new projects (e.g. Vending Bean-to-cup Coffee Solution) and develop financial forecast model for breakeven analysis and financial estimation. E) Supporting Operations Streamline • Oversee Technical Service Delivery Flow and enhance technician’s skills in Customer Servicing. • Coach regional technical manager for effective knowledge transfer and refreshment training.
Major Duties A) Responsible for overall snack vending business Profit & Loss (Over 130 machines) and drive snack vending business through numerical figures studies, including identifying revenue drive, profit drive & striving for better GP for the business B) Develop a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure full operational team complying with Total Coca Cola Quality System (TCCQS) requirement
Major Duties A) Provide MIS Support to deal with Business Analysis requirement from Management. B) Assist GM for different business project (e.g. New Product Launch, Warehouse Process Re-engineering)
