· Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of security incidents and associated SLAs as needed to support
· Responsible for the coordination and primary lead through Cybersecurity incidents.
· Provide oversight of communications and escalations as necessary to lead events identified by the SEIM, MDE, and another 3rd SOC.
· Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
· Manage the relationship with third-party vendors providing services to support incident response.
· Tightly collaborate with other Cybersecurity leadership and teams.
· Investigate and resolve the cyber security issues.
· Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).
