• Providing onsite IT support for daily operations to end-users.
• Providing IT supports for events, seminars, meetings.
• Managing user accounts for systems / applications.
• Managing access permissions to end-users for systems / applications.
• Troubleshooting (investigating & diagnosing) computing hardware and software issues.
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components.
• Assisting to escalate incidents to vendors for repairing and replacing parts.
• Customer-centric to ensure timely resolution of incidents by acquiring necessary information to best measure impact to the end-users
• Setting up / rebuilding the deskside computers (including Macintosh, Tablet, i-Devices).
• Installing and configuring computing hardware, software, and peripherals (including AIO printer, standalone printer, Webcam, etcetera).
• Conducting scheduled backups for servers and networking devices.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Managing and update the inventory of hardware and software
• Assisting to perform tasks for IT projects.
• Providing the quick users guides as FAQ to end-users.
• Conducting briefing sessions to end users for new IT services or IT systems
