• Provide IT field service including technical support and troubleshooting on IT desktop PC and notebook hardware for SMB and Enterprise customers.
• Resolve technical problems and networking problems.
• Implement and/or upgrade firmware and software patches.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and emergency support.
• Acts as trusted advisor for customer on any print related enquiries.
• Provide support to ad-hoc print services project.
