• Provide field service including installation, configuration, break/fix repair, preventive maintenance services, printing solution of printing equipment and environment for SMB and Enterprise customers.
• Resolve technical problems and networking problems.
• Implement and/or upgrade firmware and software patches.
• Provide remote troubleshooting, and emergency support.
• Acts as trusted advisor for customer on any print related enquiries.
• Provide support to ad-hoc print services project.
