• Develop, manage and grow a sustainable sales pipeline by different sales & marketing programmes to increase brand profile and generate networking & business opportunities
• Work closely with the key stakeholders including Medical Director, Sales & Marketing Operations Manager and Consultant Partners to support Groups Medical Aesthetics business strategies, focuses and plans
• Formulate and execute training strategies and plans that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and follow-up with Sales & Operations to ensure Anesthetics Consultants are equipped with all necessary skills and knowledge to meet brand standards and customer expectations
• Maintain online learning academy to ensure all product and service information is up-to-date and ensure frontline staff can access to the learning materials on a timely manner
