Jobs Description
• Provide 8 x 5 IT Support Services (Yearly Based Contract) though over time work may be required even at weekends or on holidays (compensation provided),
• with at least 5 years of experience in Network aspect;
• it is nice to have a CCIE or same level Certificate for the candidate
• Provide technical support service for those issues cannot be resolved by existing Network Engineers stationed in different locations;
• provide suggestions and support remotely or by site visiting if needed in order to resume services swiftly;
• May need to travel to different offices in Hong Kong, such as Wan Chai / Hung Hom etc.
