· Responsible for selecting the appropriate technical strategy and methods for the project;
· Ensure all user requirements are well understood and properly addressed by the Technical Team Members;
· Ensure deliverables produced by the Technical Team Members are in order and have addressed all user requirements;
· Ensure proper assessment of all technical exceptions;
· Advise on the technical impact of changes to the project;
· Ensure changes to project do not affect system integrity;
· Conduct impact analysis for all Change Requests from the views of business, technical or user;
· Monitor and control the project in relation to timely completion and customer satisfaction, technical methods and quality standard;
· Be responsible for the overall management of the project, including resources and task management, staff management and quality of delivery, and delivery of the system;
· Be responsible for the quality assurance of the system;
· Be responsible to plan, manage and collaborate with relevant parties involved in project;
· Conduct regular checkpoint meeting and prepare regular highlight report to customers;
· Be responsible for liaison with and provide briefing sessions / advice to customers;
· Arrange performance evaluation review and quality review for project.
