• Assist project manager to oversee full project life cycle, including requirements & function design gathering, handle user training, UAT test execution and follow-up, regular project meeting; prepare project document works and presentation
• Communicate with different stakeholders, including project manager, end-users, and offshore team
• Liaise & communicate between stakeholders & various parties for projects
• Collect feedback and manage change requests to ensure the interests of different stakeholders are addressed
• Prepare training materials and conduct training to end users
• Experience in writing documentations in English, e.g. to write proposal
