Strategic role on application development for SME with training
Providing technical lead support to Hong Kong team and Off-Shore development team
Prepare design documentations, functional specifications, and development related documents
Provide development strategy and advisory to local team
Perform system development support, testing, implementation, maintenance support and user training
Provide ad-hoc support to daily operation
Perform R&D on latest development technology and provide suggestion to business development
Work with off-shore development team on project direction and possible training
