Jobs Description

· Deliver smooth IT operation and support services and cloud data centre covering O365, Sharepoint, Raiser Edge CRM, and other systems,

· Ensure backup and recovery services for system and servers,

· Provide IT support, operation and management following industry standards and security practices,

· Provide documentation and recommendation for improvement in IT,

· Manage hardware, software and licenses of IT inventory,

· Perform regular purchase requisition and coordinate collection of quotation,

· Work closely with other IT practitioners or consultant to share IT best practices and to keep up with the latest support operation and services, and

· Carry out other projects or work as requested by supervisor or management
